Clay soil - limestone
The vineyard has been worked under the High Environmental Value "HVE" label since 2016.
Winemaking
- 50% of the 2019 harvest
- 50% reserve wines 2017-2018
- Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (to preserve the identity of the terroir)
- Malolactic fermentation
- Draw in February 2020
- Aging for 36 months on slats.
- Disgorgement in 2023
- Dosage 30 grams/litre.
