RosĂ© Charlotte is a fruity, delicately colored and smooth Champagne. This cuvee is obtained by adding 15% red wine Coteaux Champenois from the 1er cru "CumiĂ¨res" village. This is the ideal Champagne to accompany your final course, with a soft fruit gratin or chocolate dessert.
50% Chardonnay - 50% Pinot Noir
Brut Prestige is a powerful and complex Champagne, with a nice balance between pinot noir and chardonnay, resulting in a complex bouquet with notes of brioche and red fruits. This Champagne is generous and rich on the palate, offering notes of spice and stewed fruits (plums). This warm and fleshy wine is mainly to be enjoyed during the meal with fish or poultry.
100 % Chardonnay
CuvĂ©e Paul-Vincent is produced with the best family-owned vineyards, and with grapes from the 2011 harvest. After bottling in 2012, the wine has developed complex aromas after a long time in our cellars in contact with sediment. 100 % Chardonnay, this wine has the typical fineness and elegance of this grape variety. This vintage is ideal for an aperitif with light and sophisticated dishes.
Inspiration de Blancs is a generous CuvĂ©e Extra Brut with aromatic notes of citrus fruits and white fruits, mixed with some gourmet touches of brioche and white flowers honey.
This Champagne will fit perfectly with a fillet of sole cooked with vegetables.

Origin : This CuvĂ©e "Les Rennes de Pierry" comes from a single plot very dear to our family. Originally this parcel was planted in Chardonnay then each dead base of the vine has been replaced by Pinot Blanc.
Tasting : to perceive all the aromatic richness ot this "Parcellaire" Champagne, we recommend tasting it as an aperitif.
Serve between 8Â°C and 9Â°C.
