  • Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (to preserve the identity of the terroir)
  • Malolactic fermentation
  • Bottling  February 2019
  • Aging for 4 years on slats.
  • Disgorgement in 2023
  • Dosage 5 grams/litre.

Tasting

Aromas of brioche, toasted
Fresh, notes of sweet flowers, nice roundness

Serve between 5°C and 7°C.
