This cuvée "Les Rennes de Pierry" comes from a single plot that is very dear to our family. Originally, this plot was planted with Chardonnay and later with Pinot Blanc.

This cuvée comes from the Pierry 100% 1er Cru vineyard. Parcel located mid-slope, facing south/east. Clay and silt soil with fragments of flint (millstone)
Vinification
- Harvest of Septembre 2021.
- Stainless steel vats (to preserve the identity of the terroirs).
- Bottling in February 2022 limited to 2040 bottles.
- Ageing for 30 months "sur lattes".
- Disgorging in June 2024.
- Dosage extra brut 5 grammes/liters.
Dégustation
To fully appreciate the aromatic richness of this Parcellaire Champagne, we recommend drinking during an aperitif.
Serve between 8°C and 9°C.
